No. All documents must be witnessed and notarized before submitting them to our office for recording.

We cannot assist in the preparation of a deed. If you do not know how to prepare a deed, an attorney may assist you in the preparation of the deed.

No, you must pay the lienholder or their representative.

Permits are obtained through the Building Permit/Inspection Department.

We do not report to any credit bureau.

When you pay off your home loan, a cancellation of security deed is prepared and recorded by the lender. The warranty deed you received shortly after closing remains your ownership deed, unless you recorded a change after the purchase/acquisition. You may print a copy of the warranty deed or cancellations of security deed by clicking here or requesting a copy in-person by visiting our office.
