Where do I make a payment for my Traffic Citation?
Payments are accepted online, use the button below to begin the process.
Payments can also be paid at the Clerk’s Office Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or by mail at Bulloch County Clerk of Court, 20 Siebald Street, Statesboro, Georgia, 30458.
- If a citation is not approved to be paid by the Solicitor’s Office, you must appear in court on your court date. If you are arrested, you MUST appear for court.
- Certain citations are court mandatory and cannot be paid online. Call the Clerk’s Office at 912-764-9009 for more information if you are unable to pay your citation online.
What types of payments do we accept?
Cash, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Payment by credit card is currently allowed online only and includes a convenience fee.

- Search by citation number or Defendant’s license number.
Is the Defendant 16 years of age or younger?
Juvenile Court will handle the citation. Call the Department of Juvenile Justice at 912-681-5996.
How do I change my court date?
The Clerk’s Office cannot change, continue, or reschedule your court date.
You must contact the Court Administrator at (912)764-8605 or by emailing statecourt@bullochcounty.net to determine if your situation qualifies for a continuance.
Who do I contact if I am the Victim in a State Court case?

Can I speak with a prosecutor about my traffic citation prior to Court?
Yes. The Bulloch County Solicitor-General’s “Traffic Division” will have staff available to meet with individuals about their traffic citation prior to their Court appearance on Thursday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (with the exception of traffic arraignment days) on a first-come, first-served basis. These meetings will take place on the second floor of the Bulloch County Courthouse, 2 North Main Street, Statesboro.
Additionally, individuals can contact the Solicitor-General’s Office regarding their traffic citations by sending an email to traffic@bullochcounty.net or by calling (912) 489-6622 and selecting “Option 2”.
