I have the forms, but who can help me fill them out?
The Clerk of Court is not allowed to help you in filling out any forms. We are not lawyers and cannot give out any legal advice.
Can I speak to a judge about my case?
No. It is inappropriate to speak with a judge about a specific case without both parties being present. Information facts relating to a case are presented in a courtroom during open court.
How can I receive copies of civil or criminal documents that have been filed in a case?
Copies of documents can be obtained by visiting our office in person or sending an email to clerkinfo@bullochcounty.net. If a certified copy is requested, please visit https://ecert.gsccca.org to register for a GSCCCA universal account.
I have been served with civil papers. What do I need to do to file an answer?
You can hire an attorney to file your answer or you may do it yourself. These can be handwritten or typed. You will need to file an answer with the Clerk’s Office and also send one to the filing attorney.

How do I find out when my next court date is?
You can either call the Clerk’s Office or download the Justice Path app to access Bulloch County Superior and State Court calendars and schedules.
